My ADHD Journey
Animated Short Film| 2D Animation
My ADHD Journey is a personal animated short that explores my experience of being diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as a young adult. This project combines illustration, storytelling, and motion design to offer a deeper understanding of what it’s like to receive a neurodivergent diagnosis later in life.

The video was presented to an audience of over 30 peers and faculty and was well-received for its authenticity, emotional impact, and thoughtful execution. This project allowed me to use motion graphics not only as a creative discipline but as a means to advocate for neurodiversity, self-acceptance, and mental health awareness.
